How To Make Your Disneyland Stay Feel More All-Inclusive
Are you looking to make your Disneyland vacation feel a little more “all-inclusive”? On our most recent trip, we booked a Club Level room at the Disneyland Hotel, which is Disney’s take on concierge service, and we loved having snacks, beverages, and a comfortable lounge space to unwind and recharge after busy park days. I’m sharing details below on what’s included and who I do–and don’t–recommend Club Level for when planning Disneyland vacations.

What Club Level Includes
Club Level service is found at the three different Disneyland Resort Hotels: Disneyland Hotel – New High Key Club concierge lounge for Club Level guests; Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa – Concierge/lounge access (The Veranda + new second club lounge coming) and Pixar Place Hotel – Creator’s Club lounge.
We got to enjoy the service and perks at the High Key Club and the theming and views were amazing. In addition to the comfortable lounge to relax in away from the parks, Club Level lounges generally offer:
- Continental breakfast
- Snacks throughout the day
- Afternoon/evening hors d’oeuvres or wine & cheese
- Beverages including an amazing coffee and tea set up, soda, juice, water, beer, wine and some cocktails
- Desserts and beverages
- Sometimes fireworks viewing areas or views + music/soundtracks (especially at Disneyland Hotel’s High Key Club)

The staff were so friendly and in addition to providing excellent service while enjoying the lounge, they can also help with any questions you have about park touring, tickets, dining reservations, attraction tips and park information and transportation questions.
How We Used Club Level
When we arrived to the Disneyland Hotel, our room wasn’t quite ready, but Club Level staff greeted us and escorted us up to the lounge where we were greeted with a celebratory beverage and given a quick overview of everything offered at the High Key Club lounge.
We would typically start our day by visiting the lounge first thing in the morning before the parks opened. We loved the coffee and tea station and then would enjoy breakfast and grab a few snacks and waters before we headed to rope drop. After enjoying the parks for several hours, we’d all meet back in the lounge, decompress, enjoy the food and drink options and one rainy afternoon, we played cards and board games.
During a few evenings, we visited the lounge before it closed and took advantage of the dessert buffet and enjoyed the fireworks views with the music piped in.

Who I Recommend Club Level For?
If you’re looking for an elevated Disney experience, offering a comfortable, quiet space to break from the parks, light meals and snacks without lines, access to dedicated staff to help answer any questions break from parks midday, Club Level is for you. I also think this is a great option to add on for multiple families traveling together who want a space to meet up and relax together. If you are someone who is planning to eat most of your meals in the parks, maximize your park touring time or want to save money, then Club Level is not the best option for you.

How To Book
You must book a Club Level room (concierge level) to get access — you typically can’t add it later unless the hotel has availability and you ask at check-in. I can help you weigh the pros and cons based on pricing for your dates and how you envision your Disneyland vacation!
